Responsible for leading and developing Seed Effect's microfinance, education, and spiritual discipleship programs in collaboration with South Sudanese and Ugandan staff.1. Program Development: Work with in-country team to develop methods to improve and expand impact, create operational and financial plans, research expansion plans, and maintain a deep understanding of significant industry developments, trends, and best practices through ongoing education and peer relationships2. Program Execution: Maintain consistent communication with in-country team, implement processes to ensure efficient and effective operations, and work with in-country team to develop and execute on operational goals3. Program Measurement and Reporting: Design and oversee implementation of integrated system to track and measure financial and program performance, work with in-country team to ensure thorough operational and financial data collection and reporting, and analyze data to improve operations4. Staff Development and Mentorship: Empower in-country staff by building their capacity to develop and execute on program budgets, strategic plans, operational plans, and spiritual initiatives. Ensure a Christ-centered environment by counseling from Scripture and modeling servant leadership.

• Manage all aspects of commercial, economic, logistics, and business relationships with industrial users of coal• Work with customers and internal operations teams to ensure demand is being satisfied• Drive for the profitable growth of the industrial coal business, both through existing customers and developing new business opportunities

• Conduct strategic analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improving margins• Develop pricing plans• Provide analytical support for Domestic Intermodal sales managers• Develop and apply metrics and reporting tools to evaluate performance of different domestic business segments
