Interim mananagement contract Responsible for daily operations directing and executing maintenance plans within the depot, including launching and withdrawing trains in accordance with train service standards and requirements, and facilitating the stabling of trains in the depot for service and maintenance works. Other duties include coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders to execute first-line recovery of trains during train service disruptions. In managing the maintenance the role requires organised, meticulous and systematic skillsets, so as to uphold the highest safety standards for personnel and train movements.My main contribution on a strategic level was the successful infusion of company core values and leadership after a recent acquisition.
