As varsity assistant i work to educate the players of the nuances of the game learned over my 25 years playing. the most valuable of these years coming as the point guard of the 2005 3A State Champion Washington Hatchets. during this time assistant coach Alan Bubalo ( who played 4 years of division 2 basketball), developed my knowledge of the game and taught me how to be a floor general. i now use this knowledge to help the Varsity and Jv teams to play to the best of their ability.

Working to not only build the feeder program for the High School but to also Help cultivate and develop the team members character and grow a skill set that will make them successful in life. By using drills to teach determination, work ethic, and perseverance, The team learns that these abilities will also allow them to do anything they put their mind to and helps them tap into their true potential as a person.

Working as a server has allowed me to develop excellent customer service, multi tasking, and problem solving skills. While working in the restaurant industry I cultivated my ability to handle any objection with a impromptu solution and a smile. all while focusing on the customers overall satisfaction. Thinking on your feet, juggling 3 or 4 task at a time, and a pleasant disposition are must haves to be successful in this industry.
