My career has always been harnessed by Connection.My sole responsibility is to bring HR professionals through the journey of identifying the best employee benefits partner for them. A broker of relationships since 2002, “you two should know each other” is my favorite line. I am known to have a very intentional approach when engaging with HR professionals. I lead with creating psychological safety (by showing sensitivity to their existing relationships), work to build a PEC with them (personal emotional connection) and get them to envision what it would look/feel like to be working with us.It's always my goal to be a resource for the HR community - helping them find particular services/resources/talent.
