In this role, I worked within Procurement and more directly on their email help desk. This involved efficiently responding to queries from members of staff asking a varying amount of questions such as the whereabouts of their orders, quotations for certain items and general questions. This involved effective teamwork with my colleagues to direct queries to the right people, or in the case I was unable to answer, ask for help from my team to help in future.

Within my role as a cinema host at ODEON, I gained lots of experience in a plethora of areas within hospitality. I spent time working in front of house, greeting guests as they entered the building, as wellas scanning tickets and directing guests to their seats. This role also consisted of cleaning duties such as cleaning toilets but also having to effectively clean cinema screening rooms ready for the next sessions, which required good planning with my colleagues.My other roles consisted of working within food and beverage, which involved taking orders from guests, and further food preparation, which involved teamwork in ensuring food was not only made at a high standard but in a good timeframe also.
