Run the Utility: Work with the respective Area IT Manager to define IT improvements within the sites and deliver these improvements in line with area commitments and business requirements. Operational Excellence: Develop and execute plans for beta products, evangelizing the products. Develop a migration plan to upgrade the sites to the latest release of MS product jointly collaborating with Business Groups on targets, timelines and readiness requirements. This position requires working with the respective Area IT Manager Lead to identify productivity challenges onsite and develop and execute productivity plans to meet required targets, as well as provide tactical deployment and support for all IT infrastructure and services including but not limited to Internet and WAN connectivity, wireless, telephony, local servers, cabling, and other key IT services. Additionally, this position will play a lead role in planning, delegating, prioritizing, and balancing workload for IT infrastructure support for all assigned sites.

• Primary responsibilities included providing on-site technical support solutions for customer service delivery and availability, while ensuring satisfaction with Microsoft software on the Exchange client and server.• Delivered 100% Top Box for all customer-facing Premier surveys year over year.• Worked with NSG Customer-Partner lead to facilitate a 94.4% TOP BOX returns which was the highest in practice history. • Lead Engineer for Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), and the Defense Logistics Agency on all major messaging projects to include new server implementations, migrations, storage capacity planning, FOIA recovery projects, mail server backup design and schedule.• Migrated FEMA and CBP’s Enterprise Exchange environments into a hosted service model. These migrations consisted of over 100,000 user mailboxes and involved massive amounts of coordination between DHS HQ’s and its components.• Provided knowledge transfer onsite to customer in areas including Exchange 2003/2007/2010, Active Directory, and other Microsoft technologies.• Collaborated with account team to provide customer with a Service Delivery Plan ensuring operational success with Microsoft products.
