• Lead Engineer for Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), and the Defense Logistics Agency on all major messaging projects to include new server implementations, migrations, storage capacity planning, FOIA recovery projects.
• Migrated FEMA and CBP’s Enterprise Exchange environments into a hosted service model. These migrations consisted of over 100,000 user mailboxes and involved massive amounts of coordination between DHS HQ’s and its.
• Provided knowledge transfer onsite to customer in areas including Exchange 2003/2007/2010, Active Directory, and other Microsoft technologies.
