- Lead the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support of dashboards and reports- Support skills development of team by sharing knowledge, developing and sharing new technical skills, and providing guidance and mentorship to other team members - Troubleshoot dashboard and report problems independently, determining the root cause and fixing the problem- Understand reporting database schema/model, identify joins/tables, and perform data analysis- Interface with Performance Managers and/or users to clarify requirements. -Manages all backend database reporting at Alley. -Create report to better present and visualize data using DataStudio, DashThis, Google sheet and BigQuery, etc.-Monitor site metric to make sure all data report accurately on Sizmek, Facebook ads, AdWords, Bing, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.-Develop processes and tools to an easier and faster data reporting and visualization.
