I build relationships with business clients and handle their commercial auto liability and physical damage claims. I investigate and adjust the claims. I handle all aspects of the claim from the liabilty and physical damage to the injury or BI claims and total loss claims.

I am responsible for training and developing baseball skills in student athletes. Lead student athletes in a series of drills to further develop their skills. Assist in managing the practices and games.

I was responsible for setting up and managing projects to handle defects in both Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center. I managed multiple projects at a time. I was responsible for training other associates on processing changes in both systems to correct the defect. I was efficient with time management skills and completed projects promptly. I met with Product Owners and Business Partners to communicate effectively on what steps were needed to complete the assigned project. I was responsible for sending communication to the customer's affected by the defect. I was also innovative in discussing changes to business processes. I was responsible for setting up and handling Auto Claims. I handled the property damage portion of the claim from start to finish. I was responsible for contacting parties involved for liability investigation. I reviewed damage photos and scene photos to determine liability. I was considered a leader amongst my peers and helped train new employees on handling of claims and desk management. I attended supervisor huddles in my supervisor's absence and delivered the message in our team's huddle.

Responsible for setting up and handling auto claims from the initial reporting through the finalizing of the claim. Responsible for gathering all of the information needed to conduct a thorough liability investigation, to make a sound decision based on the facts provided. Interviewed all parties involved in a timely manner. Collaborated with other insurance carriers to resolve claims.• Considered as a strong liability adjuster as I was involved in many group discussions or round tables to help other associates determine a liability decision on a claim. I handled the research of unpaid invoices in the SAP system of large accounts. I handled assisting in the research of unapplied payments matching them with invoices that were paid. Projected future programs that would effect invoices being paid in a timely manner. Collaborated with shortage and return departments to conduct appropriate research to collect or credit unpaid invoices.
