Fulfilled maintenance requests such as:- Repairing screen doors and frames- Repairing toilets (fill valves, flange bolts, hinge bolts, full toilet replacement)- Vehicle maintenance (tire pressure upkeep, tire replacements, jump-starting, tailgate hinge replacement)- Replaced metal roofing- Replaced old decking boards- Hung a new rope swing- Replaced grips on camp steps- Removed paper wasp nests from buildings and sprayed ground hornet nests on trails and around buildings- Cleaned and repaired gutters and replaced gutter guards- Tied postman's walks and makeshift railings on trails using dynamic climbing rope- Serviced camping shelters and hung up stationary bear bag ropes for camping trips- Split wood and stocked wood sheds around the camp property- Expanded a goat pen by hand trenching 4x4s and stretching wire fencing- Used chainsaw to clear fallen trees from trails - Independently serviced and operated a variety of tools including:hammer and rotary hammer drillsImpact driversDrill pressesCircular, oscillating, table, and reciprocating sawsChainsawsPalm routers and dremelsWeed eatersPulaskis and McLeodsLoppers and pole trimmersGas wood splitters- Completed routine checks, including appropriate documentation according to American Camp Association standards- Managed material orders and inventory of camp and maintenance supplies- Independently built items around camp including dock ladders, footbridges, hand-carved signs, and wooden bar locks for doors- Serviced camp mountain bikes by replacing flat tires, fixing dropper posts, lubricating and cleaning chainrings and cassettes, and replacing/swapping broken parts- Led trail maintenance crews and taught staff how to upkeep trails
