I have spent most of my career helping the companies I worked with manage a critical part of business operations - getting paid on time without losing customers through bad processes or systems. I have built and managed AR, collections and recoveries environments both nationally (South Africa) as well as internationally (cross border loan management) and have also spent time in credit risk management.By focusing on this critical part of business operations, and finding myself mostly in senior leadership positions in small and medium business environments, I have gained extensive experience and achieved significant results in project management, technology integration, solution development, technology services management, incident management, accounts receivable and collections management, people development, sales and customer service operations and general business operations. I hold an NQF Level 5 Short Course in Business Systems Analysis from the University of Cape Town and have completed practitioner courses for both Prince2 and Agile PM project management frameworks. I have a proven history of identifying opportunities, optimizing processes, reducing costs, finding innovative solutions to pressing problems and elevating customer and stakeholder experiences.My well developed problem-solving skills, honed over many years of having to find solutions within constrained environments, gives me a knack for tailored solutions and positions me as a dynamic leader that gets results.
