For those that want a little bit more information:I am a technical - who understands the business - consultant who loves to dig in, connect and influence.Leveraging a deep technical background (Microsoft / .NET) and a solid business understanding, I position myself as a consultant, who is keen to utilize approx. 20 years of experience in the software world, to transfer technology to clients and translate needs into successful solutions, boosting my company’s profit potential and improving market’s standard.Ambitious, competent, who enjoys communication & challenges. I enjoy being part of a committed team but I am also capable of working out my own initiatives.With a dedicated approach to my tasks, I am always passionate about connecting with people, setting and initiating strategies.Before joining Sitecore, I had a proven track record in 3 large IT Companies in Belgium. Initially I started as a Uniface Developer at Compuware, but quickly moved towards Microsoft ASP.NET development. Motivated by the type of projects that Enternet (entity in the Cronos group) delivered, I made the switch.After having delivered several web projects, first as developer and later as an architect, I joined Real Software. Initially as an ASP.NET Architect but quickly after I've became one of the .NET team leads and ultimately enjoyed heading up the Microsoft Unit as Unit Manager until the fusion of Real Software and Dolmen.My skillset would be of a significant value when positioned within roles such as presales, technical project manager or unit manager.
