I Clean and standardize large datasets containing customer information from various industries using Excel and SQL Server, I Manage various systems, and implement the migration of data to the database system. I process invoice queries to resolve issues with external clients, sorting through financial data to resolve their doubts.

I oversaw a team of tech support advisors working for a major tech company. Working independently, I reviewed their interactions with customers and guide them in what to do and whatnot to do, as well as reviewing what they submit to our software engineers. Throughout my time I pursued various specializations, ending with oversight over financial services, medical services and most product lines in Hebrew and Portuguese. I also used proofreading and editing skills when writing reports and transcribing audio samples. As part of the Portuguese team, I would also regularly liaise with our principal client.
