Quality Assurance Quality Control
Current• Inspect all incoming mechanical, electrical and optical material to print specifications• Manage the MRB team, conduct the weekly MRB meeting• Contact vendors through the DMR process • Manage the FAI process• Manage the DMR process• Manage the database and calibration of MTE• Maintain the maintenance database• Participate in the ECO process to track changes related to quality control• ISO certified auditor• IPC certified• Assist in supplier report cards and evaluations• ITAR/Global Trade Compliance trained• Track material and run reports in SAP• Maximize efficiency of material flow by prioritizing shortage material through SAP• Work closely with planner and production supervisor to maintain lean inventory while avoiding line down shortages.
