Denoon Recovery Center is a substance abuse treatment center. Working with individuals and their loves ones we provide both addiction counseling and mental health services. SALS Recovery Houses & Coaching has been a passion of mine and a volunteer position since I began the company in 2004 when a friend suggested that metro Milwaukee seemed to lack sober transitional living houses for individuals in early recovery from alcohol and drug addiction.Since that time SALS grew to support 75 individuals with houses in metro Milwaukee. We offered both men's and women's housing but not coed. We are currently expanding into other areas of service.SALS also added Intervention services for loved ones of individuals needing recovery direction and Recovery Coaching services which is similar to hiring a personal trainer, life coach or business mentor but for those who would like additional support and direction in Recovery. Sober Chaperoning services had been added to ensure safe passage to treatment for our Intervention clients and also for the anyone needing additional support on a business trip or other journeys where they feel the need for a sober companion.In 2016 the need for additional intensive outpatient and counseling services for the recovering community was the motivation to start an addiction recovery center. Providing addiction counseling to individuals and family programming for their loved ones. 2019 brought about changes in the SALS frame work with the housing and recovery center becoming their own organizations.Today SALS primary purpose is to raise funding and be a resource for individuals and their loved ones seeking addiction recovery services.
