I Enlisted into the GA Army National Guard straight out of high school and also attended the University of North Georgia. I participated in the Corps of Cadets, UNG Boars Head Brigade, and the UNG Wrestling Club of which I quickly became President ands Coach shortly after. I intended to commission into the active Army as an officer however, due to a surgery I had during my assessment I was disqualified from commissioning. Looking back into the enlisted side I discovered the Biomedical Engineering Technician job that the Army Reserves offered and I re-enlisted to obtain the job. I then attended the Medical Education Training Campus, METC, at the Biomedical Equipment Technician Program where I discovered my affinity for the trade. I graduated in June 2022 and am looking to further my career and skills in Biomedical Engineering.
