Originally the British consulting engineering firm Sir Alexander Gibb & Partners Ltd, Jacobs acquired Law GIBB in 2000 to form Jacobs Gibb. Since I left in September 2003, Jacobs acquired Babtie and the GIBB and Babtie operations have been merged as Jacobs Babtie.My responsibility from December 1999 was project financial and delivery performance for the 'Developments' division of the company throughout United Kingdom based in Reading Berkshire - (annual revenues of 5 to 7 million sterling). During this period I was also project manager for assorted major design appointments including the Prestwick ATC for NATS and early work stages of the Diamond Synchrotron for Rutherford Appleton Laboratories.

Based in East London South Africa, Director and member of the GIBB Africa management team. Project financial reporting for the coastal region and delivery performance for projects in the Eastern Cape.

Responsible for development of quality management systems accross the international operations of SAGPL throughout UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. Quality Director on major project for UK Nuclear Industry
