I also assist government contractors with various issues and claims and I represent clients in a wide range of business disputes. I have been lead counsel in more than 50 jury and bench trials in state and federal courts throughout the country as well as in 12 arbitration proceedings - domestic and international - and 6 appeals. I represent owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in all aspects of the construction process, including, contract drafting, claims and issues arising during construction, and follow-on litigation and arbitration. I have represented clients on a wide private and public construction projects, including, but not limited to, MLB and NFL stadiums, power plants, schools, hospitals, hotels, office buildings, mixed-use developments and other types of projects in the US and internationally.I also assist government contractors with a variety of issues and disputes in areas such as construction, IT, and trade.Finally, I am involved, and act as local counsel, in a wide variety of commercial cases involving, among other things, trade secrets, non-compete agreements, and labor and employment classifications.
