• Provide efficient business as usual support to systems users. Work with Payroll team to understand issues and concerns. Find solutions and communicate these solutions to Payroll
• Liaise with Core to develop more effective solutions to payroll issues.
• Participate in projects from requirements through to testing and implementation phases
