I. Work with youth groups in the 17 counties that make up the New Vista region II. Create and or support Youth groups in local schools, or in the community. III. Conduct substance abuse, and mental health presentations at local middle and high schools along with community presentations, within the 17 counties that make up the New Vista region. IV. Vice-chair of the youth empowerment steering committee for the state of KentuckyV. Assists youth and youth groups in writing and developing a $2000.00 mini grant provided by the state of Kentucky each fiscal year through the Kentucky youth empowerment system. VI. Created Mentor programs for African-American students in the Fayette County school system. The programs where at: Bryan Station High School, Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, and Lexington Traditonal High School. VII. Member of the Kentucky State Suicide Community of Practice Workgroup

I. Provided case management for juveniles currently involved in the juvenile court systemII. Conducted twice monthly “Fair Team” meetings, in which each juvenile on my caseload for each county was discussed.III. Referred juveniles to necessary mental health, and or substance abuse services. IV. Total caseload for all five counties together was: 86 juveniles. V. On-call every three weeks.

I. Provided Case management for children in the foster care system in the state of KentuckyII. Caseload consisted of 15 childrenIII. Preformed weekly contact with the juveniles, twice monthly home visits, twice monthly out of home visits, and monthly one on one visits at the officeIV. Developed treatment plans with assistance from state social worker, and treatment coordinator. V. On-call every five weeks.
