Delivered quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision making to the Director of Army Budget and the Military Deputy for Budget which contributed to an effective Army’s FY11 $245 Billion budget justification to the Congress of the United States.Co - lead for the development of cost estimates and models, compilation and justification of the Army’s FY07/08/09 Supplemental requests which resulted in the US. Congress successfully allocating over $326 Billion to resource the U.S. presence in Afghanistan, Iraq, Philippines and Horn of Africa impacting 150,000 service members.
