Overall responsibilities included • oversight of all aspects of contract administration including estimating, bid submissions, contract negotiations, per-construction, construction and project close out on over $15 million in project billings per year.Major projects included • 3 Landmark restoration projects totaling over $7 million, while working with New York City Landmarks Commission to ensure compliance with all aspects of the landmark requirements.• Renovation of over 400 occupied apartments in five building including coordination of abatement of asbestos.• Over 10 major New York City School renovation projects that included roof replacements, asbestos removals, mechanical system upgrades of plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems, masonry and parapet replacements, window replacement and interior fit outs.

Greater New York City Area

 Responsibilities included the administrative and construction oversight of three cost plus contracts with New York City Department of Design and Construction totaling over $210 million in construction costs.  The contracts were fast paced school exterior and interior modernization/renovation projects, with construction limited to summer school recess. With an average of 30 simultaneous projects each summer while preparing scope estimates, budgets, drawing/specification review for the next group of 30 schools projects.

Greater New York City Area

 Responsibilities included the administration of the Departments $100 million expense budget, with a staff of 45.  Responsibilities included budgetary preparation, review and allocations, Fiscal oversight of NYC policies and procedures for all aspects of the budgetary and expenditure controls. Responsible for the development, review, functionality, interconnectivity and construction oversight of the DOC automated computer systems that controlled inmate accounts, telephones and commissary stores, reducing overall costs from over $3 million per year to less then $750 thousand per year and increasing revenue generation by over $2.5 million per year
