Accepted a new position within the company as a Technical Services Data Analyst, working with complex data to ensure contractual compliance with our customers. Preparing reports for internal and external customers. Delivering reports at meetings. Helping out on other internal projects where my years of experience with the company are needed. This role keeps me involved with the services section of the company as well. Tracking performance to help keep costs in check and ensuring data is being provided with maximum accuracy.

Accepted a promotion to Services Operations Analyst, where my status as a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, experience with data analysis tools and Excel, and knowledge and experience with the company product lines in the field, was utilized to help engineers at HQ to receive important field data in highly organized and accurate formats. Traveled to airports to perform tests and collect field data as needed. Assisted with development of service software. Provide daily reports to customers, as well as assisting with monthly reports. Provided various forms of support to internal customers as needed.

Accepted a promotion to Technical Support Engineer, where I provided both phone and onsite support for service calls requiring a higher level of expertise and experience. Traveled within the US and Canada to numerous airports. During this time I developed advanced skills with Excel and data analysis, and also became a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.

Continued my service at the MSP airport under the new role of Lead FSE, supervising a small group of FSEs while also servicing EDS systems, and coordinating installation and relocation of equipment.

Working for InVision Technologies, later GE Security, then Morpho Detection, and now Smiths Detection, maintained CT x-ray based explosive detection systems (EDS) at the Minneapolis - Saint Paul Airport. Functioned as Project Manager during the 2002 push to equip US airports for 100% checked baggage screening. The EDS systems have computer systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems, requiring a broad range of skills to maintain. Traveled as needed to other airports throughout the US and Canada.

Provided remote phone and onsite Technical Support for the company product lines of CNC circuit board drills, laser drills, and measurement machines. In addition to servicing the Minneapolis area, I also covered the Midwest and Northeast. As circuit board factories around the country increasingly relocated to Asia, E.S.I. was forced to scale back it's domestic service organization.

Richmond, Virginia Area

Worked on electronics at a circuit board factory, to include computer systems, CNC, software, electrical machinery, safety systems, PID controllers, etc. Specialized in CNC circuit board drills and routers, circuit board testing machinery, and laser drills and marking machinery.
