 Transition West Coast server support from an internally managed function at Disney to an outsourced service at IBM GS in an aggressive 6 month timeline Oversee ~1100 servers in 15 locations (US and Canada) including 3 major data centers and a staff of 34 employees/contractors  Centralized support all West Coast Business units and LOBs as well as File/Print worldwide Provide OS level Disaster Recovery plans 24/7 support  SOX compliance and auditing Large scale deployments of Remotely Anywhere, VSA, ISS, SAV, and Tivoli Employee development and training
