I directly managed the information technology staff, developed technology strategies, developed and implemented respective policies and procedures, performed vendor management from due diligence to contract execution, performed targeted technology research, coordinated bank wide projects with various departmental directors, developed an information technology budget, performed vendor payment approvals, and reported to the MCB Board of Directors and other board based committees. I was responsible for management of the total life cycle of product development from strategy, planning, budgeting, estimation, development, testing, implementation, and support. The responsibilities included serving as a voting member of the Corporate Architecture Committee (3 members - 2 Chief Architects and the CTO) that established strategic technical direction for products and systems integration, standards, policies/procedures, and governed the respective compliance. Additional responsibilities spanned all facets of the client engagement cycle (sales support, defining architecture, client consulting, technical team management, project estimation, development and coding, testing, project deployment and delivery, and support).

Principal Consultant (Broadway & Seymour, SAIC) - (IT Architecture, Governance, Development)Served as Chief Architect, Technical Lead/Team Lead, Lead Architecture, Principal Consultant, and Senior Developer for multiple projects for the Broadway & Seymour Group. These projects involved clients such as Chase Manhattan Bank, National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia, Huntington Bank, and the e-Bank project.

Served as the Project Manager for small team of 12 senior developers for a rapid development and deployment effort to update an MS-DOS/C language based product for a new Programming Logic Controller hardware product. Additionally while with Siemens Industrial Automation, I served as Lead Architect for developing and supporting "core" user interface components of a large international Windows 3.1/C++ project (worked with multiple teams from Germany).

I worked jointly with the Area Consulting Manager on establishing the company, hiring technical staff, and implementing technologies and methodologies.
