Served as the Project Manager for small team of 12 senior developers for a rapid development and deployment effort to update an MS-DOS/C language based product for a new Programming Logic Controller hardware product. Additionally while with Siemens Industrial Automation, I served as Lead Architect for developing and supporting "core" user interface components of a large international Windows 3.1/C++ project (worked with multiple teams from Germany).
