Liaised with the sales team to win new and retain existing customers across the large product set within the C&W portfolio.Instrumental in winning several valuable accounts for Cable & Wireless (€3.5m) across Government, local Government and Enterprise Businesses.Brought project management expertise to C & W, redefining and simplifying the existing approach which led to C & W successfully selling project management as a resource to its customer base.Developed and introduced several new products to C&W including Managed Firewalls, SSL VPNs & Appliance based Proxies.

Large Irish Retail Chain Led a team of full time (2) and contract resources (3) to manage all network and desktop issues across the branch network.Built the infrastructure platform to enable the rollout of IT applications to 120 Stores in Ireland, UK and Spain (E.g. Email, Oracle) Developed the voice infrastructure throughout the network delivering desk to desk dialling across the store network.

Pioneer Investments were a start-up Financial Services Company with their European HQ based in Ireland. I was brought on board to manage the technical aspects of the expansion of the business and provide a stable operating platform. I was responsible for all network and telecommunications requirements in the Dublin, Munich and Hamburg offices.
