As the Logging Operations Manager I am responsible for the harvesting and road construction and maintenance on 350,000 acres of timberland in Northern California utilizing both Company and contract crews. Over the years I have also spent time as part of the management team providing guidance and supervision to a team of foresters tasked with Timber Harvest Plan preparation, long and short term planning, operational and financial analysis, contract administration, managing a reforestation program, Timber Harvest Plan engineering and preparation, land surveying, and participating in several companywide collaborative projects.
