• AH-64D Longbow Standardization Instructor Pilot, Instrument Flight Examiner and Bell 205 Pilot with over 4000 hours of flight experience.• Extensive experience in the U.S. National Airspace System.• Have flown in the most demanding environments in the world, to include overwater, mountain, desert, and combat under day, night, and night vision device conditions.• Extensive mountain flying experience at density altitudes between 6000 and 14,000 feet. Graduate of the U.S. Army‘s High Altitude Aviation Training Site.• Over-the-horizon overwater experience flying off the coasts of South Korea and California. First person to land a Longbow Apache on a ship.• U.S. Army trained Instrument Flight Examiner. Routinely trained and evaluated Instrument Flight Procedures in both the aircraft cockpit and flight simulators.• Over 3600 hours multi-engine time with gross weights up to 23,000 pounds • Qualified and current in the Bell 205, and qualified in the Bell 206, AH-1 Cobra and Schweizer 300, with approximately 473 single engine helicopter hours.• Current FAA Commercial Rotary Wing Instrument rating. Current FAA flight physical.• Highly experienced, highly motivated single and multi-engine helicopter pilot accustomed to diverse mission requirements in the most demanding environments. I enjoy the camaraderie of working with fellow aviators but I am very self-reliant and able to operate independently as well.
