I have over 15 years of IT experience with 4 years of performing the duties of a Business/Systems Analyst while I was a Systems Networking Administrator at jack henry & Associates.My duties at jack henry & Associates included documenting user stories and translating their business needs into a technical document for the developers to use for creating their new software and suites for financial institutions across the US. I would become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all of the new products and software that was being produced by our development team. In sitting to this I was their primary tech that would be sent out to beta sites and the locations that need the special “white glove” treatment. I would then document the technical requirements for the software, including how to install, configure, update, backup, use Disaster Recovery processes, and the troubleshooting steps necessary to gather the required information that the developers needed to create an emergency patch and to create a Root Cause Analysis to prevent the issue from occurring again. I would facilitate the multitude of meetings as needed between our stakeholders, end-users, developers, QA, and other teams in order to keep the projects on track so we would meet our deadlines. These meetings also allowed any points of contention to be identified, assessed, and a plan to rectify the issue in a timely manner.I have multiple accomplishments that I achieved including leading a project of my own design that saved our company over $200,000 in savings by finding a way to utilize existing hardware for a new product instead of having to acquire hundreds of new IBM servers.
