.Major responsibilities are diagnosing, testing, repairing and maintenance of digital subscriber equipment. .Follow Motorola’s warranty programs and first and second echelon procedures. . Daily activities include repairs, upgrade/replacements of out of box failure units, swaps, and software upgrades of consumers equipment. . Enter customers repair data into local market database to ensure proper tracking of all repairs in Sprint/Nextel’s Ensemble billing system. .Accurately complete work orders and paperwork for shipping warranted and non-warranted phones to Motorola for repair/refurbish. . Keep current with process and procedures in the industry by studying companies and other related market trends. I developed, coordinated, and monitored the deployment of customer orders. .
