For a business owner there are 3 critical components to address while planning for the future: 1) Maximizing business value 2) Personal financial planning, and 3) “Life after business” planning. A successful transition plan should be put into place at least three years in advance of the planned exit.Through years of experience and education, I’ve achieved a specific set of certifications to demonstrate expertise in these critical areas. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) I’m part of a very elite group of advisors able to provide the highest level of expert advice in all things finance and tax, as well as business planning and value acceleration. I’m also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) – empowering our clients to retire with financial confidence.
