TOC Specialist Engineer responsible for network monitoring in Gamma's 24hr TOC.Network elements include (past and present): Ericsson TSS4, Marconi/Ericsson XD5000, Nortel DMS, Marconi MV36, Intermapper, Ribbon MSX / SWE SBC & C3/G9, Infinera Transmode, Juniper / Cisco, SIP, Metaswitch

Responsible for delivery assurance of transmission on Vodafone hosted sites under Cornerstone project.

Data Processing Team Leader within Operations for UKDC’s 2011 large scale data capture project. Responsible for team of Expert Coders operating Oracle based Lockheed-Martin data capture system.

• Team Lead planned work & enhancement rollouts on Vodafone’s E/// RAN including: new 2G & 3G site deployment, HSDPA upgrades (Vodafone MLS project), cab swaps, expansions, DT build and load, EDGE, Ethernet Migrations. Role’s requirements included resource and some project management based activities.• Other duties included: assistance in staff recruitment, process mapping & improvement activity, staff appraisal & SMART objective setting, documentation collation & review.
