I am the administrator of the Lakeland campus, accountable for leading the school’s operational tasks and acting as the principal. Responsible for the school’s day-to-day operations ranging from staff and student supervision to curriculum and facilities. Demonstrate strong leadership acumen while serving students and staff in grades 4-12. Encourage faculty and staff to focus on student academic achievement and instruction excellence. Student learning is my top priority. I have demonstrated this by building a team focused on student success while using a transparent process for making decisions and articulating who makes which decisions. In addition, I am always searching for ways to support my staff better to ensure the school maintains a highly effective team.
