About John Enciso, P.E.

Graduated from Texas A&M in May 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. I have highway design experience from a summer internship at HNTB. I started at LJA as a graduate engineer in transportation and gained 2 years of work experience assisting on a variety of roadway projects at the local, county, and state levels. I transferred departments internally within LJA in 2021 and began my new role as an H&H engineer focusing on H&H analysis for land development projects. I have since obtained my P.E. License and CFM certification.I have a blend of design and modeling experience that has introduced me to both CAD based programs and H&H modeling software. I have experience on projects serving both the public and private sectors and working directly with those clients at the city, state and county level.I am an active participant in professional organizations with the goal of staying up to date with the emerging innovation within the civil engineering and infrastructure world. Dedicated to advocacy for multi modal transportation and walkable cities.
