2009 - 2012 Responsible for project management oversight for both instructional client owned, CBRE managed properties and Tenant direct projects. • Project types ranged from Kent valley industrial office/warehouse improvements, both capital and tenant improvements; to Seattle DBD Class A Office tenant improvements, data center building power upgrade, fourteen (14) Bank branch remodels in the Puget Sound region and eight (8) capital improvements projects for a client in North Vancouver, British Columbia Canada. • Between 2009 and 2011: managed one hundred seventy six (176) projects with a total construction value of $32.9M. In 2010 was included in CBRE’s Top Producers dinner.2007 - 2008 successfully completed for Microsoft as Project Manager oversight of the design and construction of the Commons at Studios West (West Campus) atop one of the largest underground parking structures in the US. • Responsible for managing all phases of construction for the Commons and Garage projects at Studios West, a 1.4 million-square-foot town square of four office buildings that will house the company's Entertainment and Devices division• The Commons (B98) a 156,00 SF, three building town center: housing eight (8) retail spaces, fourteen (14) restaurants and conference center, able to function as four standalone rooms or one 1200 person meeting space complete with the latest Microsoft communications technology.• The Garage and Campus Central Plant (G98), is a 1.4M SF, four level underground parking garage with 4,637 parking stalls. The structure supports a 10-acre green roof with sports fields and the three-building Commons complex. • Managed the Campus wide security system for all buildings. System integrates access controls, cameras and includes both RF and DAS systems.
