• Responsible for the development and operation of a comprehensive neuropsychology laboratory and consultation service which was designed to serve three facilities in the Tuscaloosa area:- Bryce Hospital – a psychiatric facility- Taylor Hardin Secure Medical Facility – a forensic psychiatric hospital- Partlow State School and Hospital – a facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities• Supervisory responsibility for all neuropsychological assessments and consultations. • Responsibility for classification of individuals with intellectual disabilities, and other special needs patients at Bryce Hospital. • Prepared training activities related to neurologically impaired psychiatric patients.

• Principal responsibility for professional, ethical, and administrative activities of a 40-member psychology staff in a 1200-bed psychiatric facility.• Professional/ethical activities included oversight of professional standards via coordination of peer review activities and staff supervision, planning and development of training programs, and monitoring staff privileges. • Provided psychological assessment services, neuropsychological consultation, and patient classification. • Coordinated psychology staff in its internal and external affairs, including participation in clinical staff policy development and implementation.
