 Manage a central Warehouse location that services 25 separate locations within the prison system. Approve each supply officers request and delivery date. Manage Warehouse supply by submitting purchase order requisitions and once approved placing those orders with the multitude of vendors the city deals with. Confirms complete deliveries and submits corresponding receiving paperwork and computer entry. Supervise three Correctional Officers who in turn supervise up four inmates. Oversee the C/o’s leave request and time charts. Each Officer deals will a different phase of the Warehouse that needs to be managed efficiently being Delivery, Picking, and Clothing Supply.

• Oversee the operation of a storeroom depot and three employees.• Approve and process any storeroom stock transfers.• Check over all receiving paperwork before submitting to accounts payable.• Approve and disapprove leave time request.• Inventory over 4,500 items twice year.• Receive new items with the appropriate paperwork and computer entry. Receiving certain items sometimes requires the operation of a forklift, big joe, or pallet jack.• Issue stock items and entering appropriate paperwork.• Stock transfer surplus stocked items to other department Stores depots.• Computer systems specific to the water department are used called Maximo and CATS; to keep track of stock on the premises.
