I have been teaching and assisting in teaching English as a second language since the turn of the century, three years in Korea and the remainder in Japan. For the most part this was junior high school students but I have also taught elementary, high school, college, and business level classes on a temporary/contractual basis (excluding private lessons). For a four year period I assisted in correcting the English portion of the bi-annual Toyota city junior high tests until such work was contracted out to an independent company.
