• My role at Prestige covers three main areas of the business as below:
• New Business Development, to expand our customer base, increase sales performance for our current automotive business and develop new market sector and services opportunities. Supporting the team with Key National.
• Network Management, to manage and support our current network of 400 independent garages whilst also investigating any complaints or issues of poor service. Also tasked with converting 575 AA Certified garages over.
• Office based Training & Mentoring, To help, educate and mentor the 70 strong team based at the Head office in Melton Mowbray especially with regards to HGV work and also look to providing management support and act as.

• Fleet Maintenance - refurbishment, modification - response to changing network and customer requirements, continual improvement, budget setting and delivery.
• Monitoring maintenance standards; anticipating problems and finding solutions and recommending and implementing performance enhancing projects which improve availability.
• Building relationships with internal and external customers, and service providers.
