1994 Worked as an outside sales rep for a regional wholesale tire distributor. Traveling extensively to build the client base and relationships and I am honored today to still have many of those clients as my friends. Developing a strategic plan for the customer to have a seamless transaction from order to delivery. Goals were met and surpassed during this time. In 1998 I was involved with the starting of Hope Ministries. We moved abroad and started building homes and shelters for the less fortunate. Here we studied the Spanish language for 14 months which opened many doors for us. We helped pastors construct facilities for the locals to worship in. We hosted teams from the US who came and helped with the operations. Kids crusades was also a huge part of what opened doors to many communities and town centers. With Gods grace we raised 100% of our funds annually without fail. This operation grew and is still operating today headquartered on the Hope Ministries properties in Gomez Farías and operated by Tomas Espinosa and Casa de Dios of CD Mante. In 2010 we made the decision to get our two boys to the United States so they could experience a teenage life here and be prepared for college. I took a position with Apogee Controls in the state of Tx. There we opened a new manufacturing facility from the ground up and grew to 20+ employees and producing over a million a yr in sales. In 2013 I transferred to the home office of Apogee Controls as the plant manager. I held this position for two years and then accepted the VP of financial operations and Director of Sales Operations. While in this role our sales increased to over 5milIn 2017 I was directly involved with a second start up for Apogee Controls in the city of Fort Smith Arkansas. I handled the building contracts, permits and machine purchases. Developed a financial plan to drive the new venture. Hired new employees and set a plant manager in place. All three locations are currently successful and vibrant. I am blessed to have had such an opportunity.June 2020 I am excited to have joined the team at Wire Products Inc. in Lavaca AR. Despite Covid 19 we have enjoyed record smashing sales for 12 months running! The team approach here starts from the top and everyone works hard to achieve the best outcome for our customers.After a short time with the Komax Group I am excited to announce a new opportunity with Royce Electronics. I am excited to be back in the manufacturing segment of the wire harness industry and a direct connection with customer applications and development.
