> Construction Manager - SWIP / CID (4LM)CM duties for the SWIP / Critical Infrastructure Delivery team within the 4LM project. There is currently a Lead Project Manager, a acting Lead Construction Manager and a Project Engineer all from the SWIP department we are embedded within the Critical Infrastructure Delivery (CID) which are carrying out reactive works for Thales. The reactive works are small 1-2 shifts tasks that have to closed out within 48hrs of the task being raised. The main work bank we have to do in addition to the reactive work is carrying out enabling works for the install of Remote Terminals at LUL locations around the 4LM network, we currently have 42No sites that require enabling works to allow Thales to install cabling and IT equipment at the Remote Terminal sites. My role within the team is to work with the contractors CM's and project teams to check on the progress of the works at each site and that all work is progressing to program and will be complete by the "need by date" issued by the client. I also have to deliver reports to 4LM and RSD as to status of the CID work bank.
