• Recruited by this large national shopping center company, formally Centro Properties Group, formally New Plan Excel Realty, to oversee all redevelopment and tenant build out construction for 80+ shopping centers across 5 state region.• Project due diligence, cost estimating, and planning.• LOI reviews, lease exhibit preparation, tenant coordination.• Preparing all RFP's and contracts, contract administration, cost controls and cash expenditure forecasting.• Field supervision of all major projects.• Oversight of all yearly major capital repair/improvement budgets and projects within the region.• Intergal part of the regional management team with 3 direct reports.
