As EY’s Global Data Sourcing Leader, developing new approaches to finding and ethically using trusted data is my passion and mission. Working across business groups, functions and geographies, my team and I are driving the value of data though effective creation and scaling of ‘data supply chains’. Matching data supply to demand at point of need will accelerate transformation within EY and deliver greater value to our clients. In 2020, I established the Data Sourcing capabilities within EY’s Data Office. After several years operating EY’s Analytic Center of Excellence, where my focus was on the scaling the use of analytic data assets across the organization, this opportunity was a natural extension for driving greater value from data. As a regular advisor, internally and externally, on the effective establishment of data scouting, data catalogs and data pipelines, I am pleased to share my passion and vision for data production and consumption. I have an MBA from Bethel University, and spent several years there as an adjunct professor; my undergraduate degree in Information Technology is from Northwestern University.As a regular advisor, internally and externally, on the effective establishment of data scouting, data catalogs, and data pipelines, I am pleased to share my passion and vision for data production and consumption.
