Train and develop crew to meet company goals.Ensure that all safety standards are met at all times.Develop and maintain training materials to streamline new hire training.Ensure crew abides by and meets all OSHA, EHS, and company policies procedures, and guidelines.Work as a liaison between rig operator and rig crew.Work at heights 90 feet off the ground.Perform all maintenance and repairs to mud pumps and mixing pumps. Replace valves as needed and lines clear.
