Led the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of an internally developed point of sale system. The project was completed ahead of schedule and substantially under budget while meeting or exceeding all design requirements. The system is designed to meet the needs of Goodwill retail stores, warehouses and donation centers. · Hand-selected to conduct evaluation of 249 personnel and large numbers of technical procedures and instructions; documented and corrected noncompliance.· Developed standard operating procedures, best practices and lessons learned to increase technical proficiency, standardization and weapon system effectiveness.

· Responsible for crew proficiency, regulation and technical order compliance and professional development; oversaw $4.3B worth of assets.

· Managed all aspects of secure and unclassified computer networks supporting 5,500+ users· Led client configuration control and accountability, network security, mirror SAN, email, file, authentication server administration.
