Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Program Manager for the MDA Analysis Center (MDAAC) 8(a) contract for the Test and Evaluation (T&E) Directorate (DT) with responsibility for planning, execution, post-event analysis of all Ballistic Missile Defense System ground & flight events, Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL), Human-in-the-Loop (Warfighter participation) tests, CoCom Wargames, and M&S anchoring. • Responsible for coordinating with the other Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) elements regarding system architecture testing using Modeling and Simulation (M&S) software and Wargaming events. • SME of hardware/software for C2BMC, Patriot, THAAD, FBX-T, SBX, SBIRS, JTAGS, Aegis BMD, GFC, GMD systems of the BMDS and Integration of test objectives within a Joint Testing environment using M&S tools. • Significant experience/knowledge of communication architectures using LINK-16, S-TADIL-J, variable message format (VMF), Extensible Marking Language (XML), and B/C series and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) message formats. • Participated in the Combined Test Force (CTF) Integrated Product Team (IPT) and the Responsible Test Organization (RTO). • Was a member of the Test Configuration Working Group, the Integrated Master Test Plan (IMTP) Working Group, and numerous other IPTs and working groups. • Directly interfaced with Lt. Department of Defense OPNAV N81In a collateral effort, managed the OPNAV N81 sub-contract for Extended Air Defense (EAD)Sim analysis support to N816 with the prime contractor, SAIC. • Identified data sources and provided datasets researched at Wallops Island Test Center to update the EADSim database to be used for N81 futuristic predictive analysis for Seabasing support effort. • Managed the day-to-day support effort tracking labor hours, contract budget, and administrative contract functions. Finished effort in less than half the contract period and saved the Government approximately $40,000.

Naval Sea Systems Command (PMS 465) Program Manager for the US Navy Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) program supporting PMS 465.
