I do all the typical administrative duties of managing local & foreign staff, budgets, and school-wide calendar timelines, head middle management and teacher PD training, support & develop curriculum structures and resources (including ECSTEM, Stave House, ESL, Visual Arts and Drama), interface and negotiate with international artists in residence, produce a variety of in-house school resources including marketing assets, school uniforms & backpacks, construct physical event structures, plan and implement large scale seasonal events, speak in public events and assemblies, and even make coffee for the other staff.
