Lead the creative team in Global Corporate Marketing. Manage a team of 20 designers and Creative Directors across 3 remote locations. Developed brand continuity, guidelines, and global assets for company's portfolio of world-class brands such as Western Digital, SanDisk, WD, and more than a dozen sub-brands. Worked closely with product managers, marketing communications, and copywriters to guide the brand stories. Report directly to the Vice President of Creative and Brand.

Onboarded to revamp an existing internal creative team to an in-house agency model with expectations of creating world-class campaigns and reduce external agency spend. Developed a team environment to achieve design excellence while balancing brand guidelines, budgets, and deadlines. Worked closely with designers and copywriters to amplify the compelling benefit messages in campaigns. Managed a team of 25 design and video creatives. Up-leveled department systems, creative standards, and processes to streamline a remote team across 3 locations. Directly report to the Sr. Director of Global Marketing.

Founded the agency from the ground up. Served as creative director and business manager. Initiated and guided all aspects of the business including strategy, creative team, internal processes, schedules, forecasting, and budgets. Collaborated with clients to gather their vision, focus the strategy, improve marketing communications, and elevate their brands.

Established a new in-house creative department from the ground up. Hire and managed the creative team of 5 designers to support all branded products sales for the largest private-label sporting goods manufacturer in the world. Led a team that handled product brand development, private label implementation, packaging, point-of-sale, and sales presentation materials for several of the worlds largest retailers and club stores. Responsible for trade events and annual buyer presentations. During my first 3 years, we helped double company sales by expanding sales support, improving retail brand communication, and optimizing production processes.
