Responsible for all accounting at this continuing care retirement community including financial statements, A/R(billing and collections from Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance companies and private payers), A/P, payroll, cash flow, account analysis, budgeting and financial analysis.

Rauch & Company is a real estate development, management and leasing corporation. Projects require the company to form separate organizations, which are owned and controlled by Rauch & Company, to perform individual tasks within the total project. These companies perform sales and marketing, development, general contracting and property management. MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:1. Design, establish and maintain new individualized accounting systems for each company and train personnel on their use.2. Develop, analyze and revise operating budgets to ensure economic feasibility of operations budget and reduce inefficiencies in the budget. Reduced operating budget $250,000 annually by comparing to industry benchmarks. 3. Communicate and discuss financial aspects of project with owners, financial partners, general contractor, lessees, residents and staff. 4. Review, submit and account for draws for $150M construction project.5. Be middleman in negotiations between financial partner and owners.
