I also assisted customers with product selection for specific applications. In addition, I process led special requests for customized products and create custom drawings for these requests using SolidWorks. I also conducted many trainings and demonstrations for visiting customers and engineers so that they can better understand our product offering.

As a coop, I work with the engineers and toolmakers/designers to come up with designs for various fixtures using SolidWorks. I come up with the initial design, present it to the person who submitted the work order, and then make changes as needed. I have also worked on developing a new piece of equipment to be used in the plant by running tests with a prototype.
