I started with Aisin in 2007 as a temp on the manufacturing line and soon started the learning process. I started the training program and took every training offered. I then became the team lead and shortly after the supervisor. I was over multiple team members and commodities. I then became assistant manager. All in a short time. I then traveled to Japan for training on SOP and time studies and karakuri. I have a lot of experience with negotiating with customers and producing what is needed to meet customer demand. I was then certified by japan as a standard work instructor for 3 pillar activity. I then traveled to japan again for more training on other 3 pillar activity and to use my knowledge to teach and compare with Japanese companies. I traveled to Canada for implementation of new commodities that were transferred. I am a very eager to learn individual and I am looking forward to the opportunity.
